Looking for a house in Indianapolis, IN that is very well maintained for me and my 2 year old daughter. I would like to live in a area where it is quiet and have privacy. I am very renovation savvy because I like my home to be comfortable, but I hope I wouldn’t have to put my own money into the home as it should already be well maintained. I am looking for the home to be around $700-750 per month. I am a student so space for studying would be nice.
