I suffer from a number of mental and physical disabilities. My husband of 28 years is tired of taking care of me. He left me and gives me an allowance of $40 per week. I would like a small 1 bedroom or efficiency apartment on the ground level (I can’t climb stairs). Please have mercy on me and give me a place to live for the lowest price you would accept.
