I live in Seattle Washington and I am looking for an affordable 1 bedroom place to rent. I am currently employed through PCC Markets and can afford 900.00 monthly rent maximum without any housing assistance. I am waiting for the section 8 list to open here in Seattle and in the meantime hoping to find low income or income based housing. My gross income is around $2560.00 a month.
