I am looking for a townhome or single family home in the Washington, DC Metropolitan area (preferably Prince Georges County) with enough bedrooms for myself, my daughter (8), my son (23), and maybe space for my grandchildren (my sons children) when they come visit on the weekends. Maybe something with a semi-finished or finished basement? I am a single mother who does not receive any type of assistance for my (younger) daughter, therefore trying to make ends meet, paying market rent in the DC area, can be quite challenging. My price range is approximately $350 -$450/mon.
