Good Morning,

I am seeking a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment between Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood. I am a full-time college student at broward college. The most I can afford without rental assistance is $500 per month max. I am currently employed as well, but I am part time due to my required attendance in school. Willing to engage in a work-study program with the landlord in exchange for reduced rent. I am versatile in using heavy powered tools, yard work, garden care, pool care, and overall maintenance work.

Best Regards,
Jamie Joachin
