Nice quiet non-smoking, fully furnished room for a single person in a private home in the country. Shared kitchen and laundry. All utilities except TV is included, I do not have cable TV, so if you wish that, it is in addition, at your expense. Only local calls may be made on the telephone. This home is not near public transportation, so your own vehicle is needed.
I am on a septic system, and water restrictions of the city are followed.
I am looking for a quiet preferably older person, or disabled vet to share my home. I live here as well. I am a quiet person, and you must be as well. No smoking, drinking or additional visitors allowed. No additional pets allowed. I have 2 small dogs.
