Currently in an apt. whose rent is too high, but unable to move! I am guardian and caretaker (indefinitely) for my 18 year old son who lives with Down Syndrome. People have been telling me to apply for Section 8 housing for years. The complex I live at accepts S8 housing, just getting started with it all....
