Hi my name is Joan and i am looking for a 1 bedroom section 8 apartment with subsidized rent.; I have lived in my present apartment for 27 years now. and i really do like the area. My building got sold recently and the new owners would like my apartment. I am 8I and on S.S.. I cannot afford the prices they are now charging for rents. I am a quiet person and pay my rent on time. I have applied for my credit score and its very good. I can only afford to pay $400.$ 500 a.month I would be happy to hear from someone that has an apartment available for me.
