Hi my name is Joan & i am looking for an apartment on a 1st or 2nd floor due to bad knees.It would be for me & my cat.. I am on S.S. & my budget is limited so my son has agreed to help me pay the rent & sign the lease if necessary. I have been in my present apartment now for 29 years as of next month. The building has been sold & they want my apartment. I have a good credit score & am a very quiet person.It would be great if someone has a place for me & my cat. She is very good & has been de-clawed for a long time now. She likes to sleep in my closet. I am hoping there is a place for me soon.
