I'm looking for a ground floor apartment that's affordable. I would like to have utilities included as well as on-site laundry. No smoking or pets; please. I'm trying to find something in the Rice Lake, WI area. I am disabled so having a handicap accessible bathroom is a must. I use a walker to get around so the doors will need to be ADA approved. I have a Personal Care Worker that comes in and assists me with showers, cleaning & laundry. I'm very quiet and because of my mobility issues I stay at home most of the time.
