I am looking for a simple 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom apt. No frills, not thrills. I am ready to move as soon as possible (a matter of days). I don't want to live on the street.

My budget is between $1,000-$2,000 per month. I also have a pet border collie, well trained and older, with arthritis. It doesn't move very much or well so noise will not be a concern.

I am clean, quiet, respectful, and courteous. I have an engineering degree and am familiar with HVAC systems and building maintenance if my services are required for anything.
