Hi there!
My name is Lauren, and I'm a full-time student at the Art Institute of Portland, studying Game Art and Design (employed as a part-time hostess). I am looking for a room less than a 20 min bike ride/30 min public transit from the Pearl District, and under $700 after utilities.
I will stay for one year, after which I will likely be transferring schools. If there are roommates, I function under open and clear communication (no fridge notes or blame cycling), mutual respect and understanding, and a warm, friendly energy. Absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the house, and though I love animals, sadly, I am allergic to cats.
