I have moderately advanced copd. I am active and manage well with help. My health is much better when I leave my place as I am sensitive to the mold here. Also water damage from upstairs leaves cosmetic and health threatening conditions. I spent all my savings to purchase this place eight years ago. .. A bad decision. As for the preservation of your unit. I am 70 years old, non smoker, non drinker. My adult daughter, no children, is close and checks in often.
