I am a 55 year old disabled female looking for either a studio apt or a 1 bedroom apt.. I have one small 10 lb dog that is housebroken. I need to have onsite laundry facilities as I can not walk to the laundromat. I don't drive so I would like to be as close to my doctors as possible. My doctors office is located at 1042 Elm Street Long Beach. I will be a quiet and clean tenant. I take pride in how my home looks even tho I have very little money. Your consideration is greatly appreciated.
