I have been homeless for 2 years. I am desperate to get into an apartment. One bedroom would be so great. I'm working on SSI but I would love to get off of the streets into a normal situation. I will admit I can become afraid of my surroundings hoping no one attacks me. I am in a very bad part of Birmingham. Midfield is full of drugs and shootings. It's like a war zone. Thank you for your help.
