Looking for a Studio or 1-Bedroom apartment in Hickory, Newton, or Conover. I work in downtown Newton for $700/2 weeks and can pay between $350 and $500 per month. I would be the sole tenant, and would be expecting to pay more in rent should I get a raise in the future (fingers crossed for that being the NEAR future). I'm 21, but am a quiet and easy going person, so don't expect noise complaints about me. I live with NeuroAtypical Autism, so while I prefer to not be around people, I can be very negotiable and cooperative when need-be.

I do not have any pets. I would be the sole tenant of the apartment.
