Looking preferably for a 3 bedroom house with a yard to rent in Northeast Phila, Bensalem ,croyden . The location is important for school ,I'm pretty simple person not looking for a palace on a beer budget. A 2 bedroom with finished basement and yard is ok with me. Please I'm very easy to work with and have good references . Landlords please even if your property isn't exactly what I'm looking for please don't hesitate to contact me. I am versatile. Im a clean person especially the little things like no grass in the cracks of the pavement. Keep windows clean and blinds or curtains. I don't walk by trash on the neighbors pavement, Have great reference, Last time I want to move so this is my forever home. Thank you
