I am a sixty year old women who has been diagnosed with PTSD and severe depression since my daughter committed suicide. after which I thought about the same. I am currently being treated by Vantage Health in Dumont NJ. I have also fallen on the property I live in and am in excruciating pain. I am being treated by Kayal for physical therapy also have an appointment with two surgeons that will be administrating shots in my spine, if this does not work I will need back surgery. I have not received any temporary disability now food stamps, which I applied for both. I have exhausted my security to try and catch up with my rent but still in the rears for over 1,300 dollars. My apt does accept section 8 in order
