Hi! I am a 64 {65} yr old woman, disabled and low income. I am looking for a 1 bedroom 1 bath house or apartment that I can afford.. Presently I stay in Gilroy, CA 95020, where I am close to my grandchildren. It is nice to be close but living together with another family poses it's challenges. I am quiet, respectful, and clean. I prefer the downstairs due to back problems and stairs. The problem I have is affording a place on my own with Social Security... just doesn't come close.
