Looking to find residence for myself and my pups. I recently resided on 1013 n front street. Which was purchased by hbg p.m on 2020. Come Jan we were expecting renewal of lease. We were assured that there were no issues. However on the day the eviction memortorian expired( we did not know we were protected. Since we were paying rent) that we were all served with non renewal of lease.and ordered to vacate by end of aug 31. I purchased another month to look. While the other tenants became homeless. Looking for a rental in the hbg area. For me and my dogs. They are classified as e.s.a. papers and all. Fully vaccinated. People and pet friendly. Well behaved and trained.
