I was recently advised that my landlord is selling the house I am renting and new to vacate by end of May 2022. I am looking for a 2 to 3 bedroom house or apartment to rent. I have no pets but I do have 2 kids who will be living with me every other weekend and on holidays. I am having trouble finding a place due to a lot of places require a credit score of 650 or higher which I don't have at the moment. Please help. Thanks.
