I am a single mother and I own my own business as an artist, regenerative gardener, and a teacher. My mission is to cultivate joy and vitality by connecting people to each other and to the land where we live, work, and play. Because of a new management and a relationship breakup, my rent payment at our current apartment will be going up to about 3 times as much as I am paying now when the lease renews. The housing market in the Denver area has become so expensive, but I cannot leave because my daughter's father lives here and we coparent. Also, I was born here, my parents live here, my friends live here, and all my business contacts live here.
